Shipping Policy

DISPATCH TIMES
 
We strive to process and dispatch all online orders within 1-2 business days of placement.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Please remember that business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
During peak periods—such as sales, public holidays, and the days following public holidays—dispatch times may be extended.

Return & Exchange Policy

Luminuare offers returns within 7 days from the date you received your order for any item bought on Luminuare.com 

You can return one or more items purchased on the Luminuare online shop within 7 days of receipt of your purchase.

To request a return or exchange online:

1.    Contact our customer service and complete the Return Form within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

2.    Pack the item(s) in the original order box. Then stick the pre-paid label onto the box(making sure to remove or cover any previous shipping labels). Products belonging to the same order must be returned in one single parcel.


The item(s) must be in perfect condition, with all their original packaging and corresponding accessories.

Once the items arrive at our warehouse, our Quality Assurance team will verify them before accepting the return. This process usually takes 3 to 7 days(depending on peak time). If your return does not meet the conditions listed (keep them in original condition, unaltered, unused, no scratch, and undamaged, in their original package) the package will be sent back to you. Once your items are accepted, you will receive an email confirming your refund, or shipping of your exchange.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DECIDED TO KEEP MY ORDER, BUT HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED THE RETURN FORM?
Please contact our customer service, our staff will help you solve this problem as soon as possible.

CAN I COMBINE RETURNS FROM DIFFERENT ORDERS?

Offering you the best possible service is important to us. To ensure the timely handing of your return, it is not possible to combine items from different orders.
